 PRODUCTS - Rectangular Ducts and Fittings
Rectangular ducts and fittings are designed for use in low and medium pressure ventilation and air-conditioning installations. They are made of galvanized steel sheets, based on standard PN-B-03434 and the standards cited therein. On request, there is a possibility of production according to different standards, and from other materials, e.g. aluminum plate or stainless steel plate.
Rectangular ducts may be produced in the following classes:
Low pressure installation class N - 400 Pa Ł D P Ł + 1 000 Pa
Medium pressure installation class S - 1 000 Pa Ł D P Ł + 2 500 Pa
Ducts are produced in two tightness classes according to standard PN-B-76001 - 1996:
- class A with standard tightness – designed for general use in mechanical ventilation;
- class B with increased tightness – designed for use in high-velocity air-conditioning installations, and in overpressure parts of exhaust installations removing air that contains agents hazardous to health.
Moreover, there is a possibility of producing ducts in the so-called oil-tight version, designed for use in installations removing air saturated with oil (e.g. kitchen hoods).
