FRAPOL - About us
|
|
The Polish-Austrian company FRAPOL was established in 1990. The founders included renowned national companies on the Polish part: Instal Kraków (present on the Polish market for 40 years) and Instalprojekt Warszawa; while on the Austrian part - Fraba Luft und Klimatechnik, one of the leading producers of ventilation and air-conditioning devices in Austria, a company with over 100-years-long tradition. Presently, FRAPOL is a joint venture with an entirely Polish capital.
Since the very beginning, the Company was characterised with a very high rate of development.
We began our activities with production of simple elements, such as rectangular and round ducts and fittings. Gradually, we extended our offer by other products with higher level of technical advancement. The products included elements regulating airflow, acoustic silencers, fire dampers and air grilles. Presently, we are most proud with the production of modern air handling units on the licence from FRABA Company, as well as the VAV variable air volume devices.
Together with the widening of the range of our products, we have constantly been modernising our manufacturing equipment, and enlarging our production area. One of our recent investments involved creation of a fully automatic steel sheets processing centre.
At the same time, we have taken care of the technical development of our products. In order to do so, we have established a research-and-development division, which deals with perfecting the already existing products, and prepares new ones. As one of the few companies in Poland, we own a laboratory for testing the parameters of air grilles.
Undoubtedly, one of the most valuable resources of our company is our staff - outstanding managers and perfect employees. FRAPOL nowadays employs over 200 people. The staff constantly improves their skills, and is supported by increasingly more modern equipment. |
